Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
- Minimum order value: ₹1,000
- Advance payment: 10% of the order value must be paid in advance to confirm the COD order.
- At the time of delivery: The remaining 90% of the order value + ₹75 COD handling charge must be paid.
- COD handling charge: ₹75 per order.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days will be dispatched on the same day.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–3 working days
- South India: 3–4 working days
- Other States across India: 4–5 working days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Do You Offer Free Shipping Across India?

- Orders with a value above ₹1,000 are eligible for free shipping.
- Free shipping is available across India, irrespective of the product category.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged or incorrectly sent items, subject to the following conditions:
- A full parcel opening video is mandatory for reporting any damage, wrong item, or missing item.
- The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened from start to finish, without cuts or interruptions.
- Any return or exchange request must be reported within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- For size-related issues, customers are requested to confirm the size and measurements with us before placing the order.
- No return or exchange will be offered for size-related issues.
