Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Policy

How Our COD Partial Payment Works

To confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order, a small advance payment is required while placing your order.

Payment Structure

  • 10% Advance Payment

    • Pay only 10% of your order value online while placing your order.

    • This advance confirms your order and is non-refundable.

  • 90% Balance Payment

    • The remaining 90% of the order value is payable to the delivery partner when your order is delivered.

  • COD Handling Charge

    • A ₹75 COD Handling Charge will be collected during delivery along with 90% of the order value. 

    • This charge covers additional processing, packaging, and COD logistics.

How to Avail COD

  1. Add your favourite products to the cart.

  2. Proceed to Checkout.

  3. Enter your CODCODE in the discount/coupon box.

  4. The payable amount will automatically change to the required advance payment.

  5. Complete the payment.

  6. We'll process and dispatch your order.

  7. Pay the remaining amount when your order is delivered.

Order Confirmation

  • Your order is confirmed only after the advance payment is successfully received.

  • Orders without the advance payment will not be processed under COD.

  • Once confirmed, your order enters processing immediately.

Cancellation & Return Policy

  • The 10% advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after confirmation.

  • If the customer refuses to accept the shipment or the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated delivery attempts, the advance payment will be forfeited.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible delivery locations.

COD may not be available for:

  • Certain serviceable pincodes where courier partners do not support COD.

  • Remote or high-risk delivery locations.

  • Any location where COD service is temporarily unavailable.

If COD is unavailable after your order is placed, our support team will contact you through Call, WhatsApp, or Email. You may choose to:

  • Pay the remaining balance online and continue with your order, or

  • Cancel the order as per our cancellation policy.

Why Do We Collect an Advance?

The small advance payment helps us reduce fake and unclaimed COD orders. This enables us to process genuine customer orders faster while continuing to offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery.
