Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Policy

At Bavis Clothing, we make COD shopping easy and convenient. With our Partial Payment COD facility, you can pay just 10% of your order value upfront and pay the remaining 90% when your order is delivered.

How Our COD Partial Payment Works

1. Pay 10% Advance + Shipping Online

To confirm your COD order:

  • Pay 10% of your original order value online.

  • The applicable COD shipping charge will also be collected online along with the 10% advance.

  • Apply coupon code CODADVANCE at checkout to enable the partial payment.

  • The 10% advance payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

2. Pay the Remaining 90% at Delivery

Once your order reaches you:

  • Pay the remaining 90% of the original order value to the delivery partner.

  • No additional COD handling charge will be collected at delivery.

  • The applicable COD shipping charge has already been collected online during checkout.

COD Shipping Charges

A shipping charge is applicable to every COD order, regardless of the order value.

Important

Our regular shipping policy provides free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999/-.

However, COD orders are subject to the applicable COD shipping charge, even when the order value is above ₹999/-.

The COD shipping charge is collected online along with the 10% advance payment.

  • 10% Advance: ₹300

  • COD Shipping: ₹60

  • Pay Online: ₹360

  • Pay at Delivery: ₹2,699

Other States

  • 10% Advance: ₹300

  • COD Shipping: ₹75

  • Pay Online: ₹375

  • Pay at Delivery: ₹2,699

The 10% advance amount is rounded to the nearest rupee wherever applicable.

How to Avail COD

It's simple!

  1. Add your favourite products to your cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Select Cash on Delivery, if available.

  4. Enter coupon code CODADVANCE in the discount/coupon box.

  5. The coupon will adjust the product/order amount so that 10% of the original order value is payable as advance.

  6. The applicable COD shipping charge will be added to the amount payable online.

  7. Complete the online payment.

  8. Your COD order will be confirmed and processed.

  9. Pay the remaining 90% of the original order value when your order is delivered.

Order Confirmation

  • Your COD order is confirmed only after the required 10% advance payment and applicable COD shipping charge are successfully paid online.

  • Orders without the required online payment will not be processed as COD orders.

  • Once payment is received, your order will enter our processing and dispatch process.

Cancellation, Refusal & Return

  • The 10% advance payment is non-refundable once the COD order is confirmed.

  • If the customer cancels the order after confirmation, the advance payment will be forfeited.

  • If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the advance payment will be forfeited.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the advance payment may be forfeited.

  • COD shipping charges paid online are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where otherwise required under our applicable policies.

  • Any return or exchange after successful delivery will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible delivery locations.

COD may not be available for:

  • Certain pincodes where COD service is not supported by our delivery partners.

  • Remote or high-risk delivery locations.

  • Locations where COD service is temporarily unavailable.

  • Orders below the minimum COD order value.

Minimum COD Order Value

₹1,000/-

If COD is unavailable for your location after placing an order, our support team may contact you through Call, WhatsApp, or Email.

You may choose to:

  • Complete the payment online and continue with your order, or

  • Cancel the order according to our applicable cancellation policy.

Why Do We Collect a 10% Advance?

The small advance payment helps us reduce fake, abandoned and unclaimed COD orders.

This allows us to process genuine customer orders faster and continue offering the convenience of COD to our customers.
